Volvo D13 Injector Rebuild Service - Set of Six (6)

You send us your injectors, we rebuild them, test them, and pay the return shipping back to you.

This is a fuel injector rebuild service for your Volvo D13 fuel injectors. Your injectors will be rebuilt in-house by Diesel Injectors So Cal. This service includes the following:

- Complete disassembly and cleaning

- Valves are re-seated and pressure tested 

- All sealing surfaces are lapped

- Nozzle opening pressure set

- Tested on our state of the art test bench 

- New O-rings are installed

This rebuild service is for two-pin and four-pin D13 fuel injectors.
